蒸汽发生器传热管氦检漏技术,是20世纪80年代法国电力公司(EDF)开发的一种用于检测蒸汽发生器传热管密封性能的新技术,目前该技术已应用于EDF旗下核电站的蒸汽发生器.但是国内某核电站所用的60F型蒸汽发生器在结构上存在差异,本文以该型蒸汽发生器实施的氦检漏试验为例,简要介绍了蒸汽发生器氦检漏的工作原理和步骤、详细描述了该型蒸汽发生器结构上的差异,以及试验过程中出现的问题;总结提炼了相应的解决方法,为同型蒸汽发生器传热管密封性试验提供了经验.%The helium detection technology of Steam Generator tubes is a new technology developed by EDF in 1980s what is used to test the pressurization of tubes. This technology is applied in NPP Steam Generator which is belonged to EDF maturely. But the structure of the second side is diffident in 60F Steam Generator at a certain NPP. This article regards the application of the helium detection in this type Steam Generator as an example,introduces the operational principle and procedure of helium detection, recounts the difference in the structure,summarizes the problems found in the test preparation and actualization,forms the corresponding solutions,provides the experience for the same type of Steam Generator.
