Objective:To discuss the application effect of sequential type psychological nursing among the patients with cervical cancer surgery.Methods:Selected 118 cases of patients with cervical cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from January to June 2016 and they were equally divided into control group and test group at random.The patients in the control group received the routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group received the sequential type psychological nursing.The patients from two groups were compared for differences of related observation indexes after intervention.Results:The patients from test group had lower psychological distress scores and cancer-related fatigue scores (P<0.05) as well as higher psychological nursing satisfaction (P<0.05) than those from control group after intervention.Conclusion:Through the intervention of sequential type psychological nursing, it could significantly reduce the psychological distress degree and cancer-related fatigue degree of the patients with cervical cancer surgery and improve their satisfaction with psychological nursing.%目的:探讨序贯式心理护理在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法:选择2016年1~6月收治于我院的宫颈癌手术患者118例,随机等分为对照组与试验组,对照组患者施以宫颈癌常规心理护理,试验组患者施以序贯式心理护理,比较两组患者干预后各项相关观察指标的差异性.结果:试验组宫颈癌手术患者干预后心理痛苦评分和癌因性疲乏评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),心理护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用序贯式心理护理对宫颈癌手术患者实施干预,可显著降低该类患者心理痛苦程度和癌因性疲乏程度,提高其对心理护理服务的满意度.
