目的:观察新生儿病房积极降噪护理管理的效果.方法:我院自2016年1月开始对新生儿病房实施积极降噪护理管理,选择实施前(2015年9~12月)和实施后(2016年1~4月)收治于我院的新生儿病例各60例作为研究对象,对两组干预后的各相关观察指标进行比较.结果:新生儿病房积极降噪护理管理实施后新生儿病房噪声强度较实施前明显降低,实施后新生儿的体质量、日进奶量、日睡眠时间均高于实施前(P<0.05).结论:新生儿病房积极降噪护理管理的成功应用,能够降低噪声污染,增加新生儿日进奶量、日睡眠时间和体质量.%Objective:To observe the effect of active noise reduction nursing management of newborn wards.Methods:Our hospital has implemented active noise reduction nursing management for the newborn wars since January 2016, and 60 newborns admitted in our hospital before (September to December 2015) and after (January to April 2016) implementation respectively as the research target, and relevant observation indicators of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results:After implementation of active noise reduction nursing management in the newborn wards, the noise of newborn wards was significantly decreased compared with that before implementation, and after implementation, the body mass, daily milk feeding amount and daily sleeping time of newborns were higher than those before implementation (P<0.05).Conclusion:The successful application of active noise reduction nursing management in the newborn wards could reduce the noise pollution, increase the newborn's daily milk feeding amount, daily sleeping time and body mass.
