目的:构建某儿童医院护理质量评价指标体系,为儿童医院及综合医院儿科建立护理质量评价指标体系提供理论与实践参考.方法:通过查阅文献资料,进行开放性、半结构性专家访谈,以Donabedian的"三维质量结构"为理论框架,采用德尔菲法对15名专家进行2轮咨询,初步确立了某儿童医院护理质量评价指标体系.结果:经过2轮专家咨询,确立了3项一级指标、14项二级指标、67项三级指标及相应的权重值. 结论:通过初步构建某儿童医院护理质量评价指标体系,为儿童医院及综合医院儿科护理质量的准确定向提供科学的参考依据.%Objective:To construct the nursing quality evaluation indicator system of a children's hospital, so as to provide theoretical and practical references for the establishment of nursing quality evaluation indicators in children's hospitals and pediatrics department of general hospitals.Methods:Literatures were referred to, open and semi-structural expert interview was made, and 2 rounds of consultations were made on 15 experts using Delphi method with the "3D quality structure" of Donabedian as the theoretical structure, and the nursing quality evaluation indicator system of a children's hospital was initially established.
