目的:探讨分析精细管理对于老年精神分裂症患者的临床作用效果.方法:选取我院2014年6月~2016年5月收治的76例老年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象并实施分组护理,对照组进行常规护理,研究组在此基础上予以精细管理.观察比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、治愈率、复发率.结果:在住院时间、住院费用方面,研究组均显著少于对照组;在健康知识知晓率方面,研究组均明显超过对照组,研究组治愈率显著超过对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对精神分裂症老年患者实施精细管理,可以有效缩短患者住院时间,提升其治疗效果,具有极大的推广应用价值.%Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of fine management in elderly schizophrenia patients.Methods:Selected 76 elderly schizophrenia patients admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 as the research objects, and grouped nursing was implemented, where conventional nursing was given to the patients in the control group, and fine management was given to the patients on the basis of the control group, and patients in the two groups were observed in hospitalization time, hospitalization expense, recovery rate and recurrence rate.Results:The hospitalization time and hospitalization expense of patients in the research group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group;in terms of health knowledge rate, patients in the observation group significantly surpassed patients in the control group, the recovery rate of patients in the research group was significant higher than that of patients in the control group and the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine management for the elderly schizophrenia patients could effectively shorten the patients' hospitalization and improve the treatment effect, and was greatly worth promoting clinically.
