Objective:To discuss the influence of nurse-dominated rehabilitation training method on life quality and psychotic symptoms of hospitalized schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period.Methods:Selected 100 hospitalized schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period admitted in our hospital at random, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group according to the number table method, where patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training, while patients in the control group received the nurse-dominated rehabilitation training, and patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed in improvement of psychotic symptoms and life quality.Results:The scores of life quality such as psychology, physiology, environment and social relation of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of lack of activity, anxiety, expression, activation, thought disorder hostile suspiciousness factor of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nurse-dominated rehabilitation training for the hospitalized schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period could improve the patients' life quality, relieve their mental symptoms and promote their rehabilitation, with a clinical significance.%目的:探究康复期住院精神分裂症患者实施以护士为主导的康复训练方法对患者生命质量及精神病性症状的影响.方法:随机选取我院收治的康复期住院精神分裂症患者100例,按照数字表法将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规康复训练;观察组采用以护士为主导的康复训练方法,对比分析两组患者的精神病性症状、生活质量改善情况.结果:观察组患者心理、生理、环境及社会关系等生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的缺乏活力、焦虑忧郁、激活性、思维障碍、敌对猜疑因子评分明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论:康复期住院精神分裂症患者实施以护士为主导的康复训练效果显著,有利于改善患者生活质量,缓解其精神症状,促进其康复,临床意义重大.
