Objective:To explore the cognitive level of perimenopausal women about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and to explore the method of implementing targeted nursing intervention.Methods:A total of 78 cases of perimenopausal women who received healthy physical examination in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research object and the cognitive level of hormone replacement therapy was investigated and the results were analyzed.Results:Only 10.26% of women were aware of HRT and the utilization ratio had no significant difference.Relatively speaking, there was no difference for HRT awareness and utilization ratio of people who had higher education degree and higher income.Awareness and utilization ratio of white-collar and blue-collar were higher than that of the unemployed (P<0.05).There were 73.08% of the women had a need for HRT health education and related knowledge.Conclusion:At present, the HRT awareness and utilization rate of perimenopausal women are relatively low.The publicity and education should be strengthened in order to improve the quality of life of the masses.%目的:探讨研究围绝经期妇女对激素替代疗法(HRT)的认知水平以及实施针对性护理干预的方法.方法:随机抽取2014年6月~2016年5月我院接受健康体检的围绝经期妇女78例作为研究对象,对其进行激素替代治疗认知水平调查,并对结果进行分析.结果:仅有10.26%的妇女知晓并曾经接受过HRT;相对而言,学历更高者以及经济收入更高者对于HRT的知晓率以及使用率无明显差异;白领以及蓝领职业者的知晓率以及使用率均高于无业者(P<0.05).有73.08%的妇女对HRT健康教育以及相关知识存在着需求.结论:目前,围绝经期妇女的HRT认知率以及使用率均相对较低,应当针对这一情况加强宣传教育,以有效改善该类群众的生活质量.
