Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing on continuous femoral nerve block analgesia after knee replacement.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee replacement from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with systematic nursing, that is, after the femoral nerve anesthesia, the analgesia pump was treated for 48 to 96 hours and knee cold therapy, music therapy and auricular pressure were applied.The control group was treated with postoperative intravenous analgesia and routine nursing.The dynamic and static VAS scores of the two groups were recorded at 12, 24, 48 and 96 hours after operation.The patient''s preoperative and postoperative knee joint activity and hospitalization time were evaluated.Results:The knee activity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The dynamic and static VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients in the experimental group were treated with systematic nursing effect, and the comfort of the functional exercise was improved obviously.It was helpful to the rehabilitation of knee function after operation and shorten the hospital stay.%目的:探讨系统护理在膝关节置换术后连续股神经阻滞镇痛中的应用效果.方法:选择我科2014年6月~2015年6月膝关节置换患者60例,随机等分为试验组和对照组.试验组采用系统护理即股神经阻滞麻醉术后置管接止痛泵持续镇痛48~96 h及膝盖冷疗、音乐疗法和耳穴按压,对照组采用术后静脉自控镇痛及常规护理,记录两组患者术后12,24,48,96 h的动态、静态时VAS评分,评价患者术前及术后膝关节活动度及患者住院时间.结果:试验组膝关节活动度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).且试验组术后动态、静态VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).住院时间试验组较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:试验组患者术后采用系统护理效果好,功能锻炼时舒适性明显提高,有助于术后膝关节功能的康复,缩短住院时间.
