循证护理在眼科临床教学中的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in clinical teaching of ophthalmology.Methods:A total of 69 nursing students who participated internship from January 2016 to August 2016 were selected in the survey, among which 37 students who participated internship from January 2016 to April 2016 were in the control group, 32 students who participated internship from May 2016 to August 2016 were in the experimental group.Experimental group received evidence-based nursing teaching method on the basis of traditional teaching method, while the control group received traditional teaching method combined with demonstration teaching methods.Results:The scores of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The ability of the experimental group was improved.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing teaching can improve the nursing students'' academic achievement and nursing practice ability, which can improve the quality of nursing teaching.%目的:探讨眼科临床教学中循证护理的应用效果.方法:选取2016年1~8月实习的护生69名为研究对象,将2016年1~4月实习的37名作为对照组,将2016年5~8月实习的32名作为试验组,试验组采用在传统教学基础上加循证护理教学方法,对照组采用传统讲授加演示护理教学方法.结果:试验组护生所取得成绩显著优于对照组的成绩,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组各方面的能力都获得一定提高. 结论:循证护理教学有助于提高护生学习成绩和护理实践能力,从而有助于提高护理教学质量.
