目的:探讨荧光标记法在血液透析室环境物体表面清洁效果监测的应用方法.方法:2015年7~8月应用荧光标记法在血液透析室高频接触的物体表面进行标记,并针对监测结果采取干预措施,监测荧光清除率.结果:干预前高频接触表面清除率为46.67%,干预后清除率明显改进,达到90.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:荧光标记法能快速、客观地对环境清洁程度进行评价,对提高工作人员清洁消毒效果,提高环境清洁质量,可以作为血液透析室日常环境清洁效果检查的工具.%Objective:To discusses the application of fluorescent labeling method in the monitoring of surface cleaning effect of objects in hemodialysis room.Methods:Fluorescent labeling method was used to label the surface of high-frequency contact objects in the hemodialysis room from July 2015 to August 2015.The intervention was taken to the monitoring results to monitor the fluorescence clearance.Results:The clearance rate of high frequency contact objects was 46.67% before intervention and the clearance rate was improved to 90.00% after intervention.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluorescent labeling method can quickly evaluate the degree of environmental cleanliness objectively.It can improve the clearance effect of the staff and improve cleanliness of the environment.Therefore, it can be used as a tool to check the daily cleaning effect of the hemodialysis room.
