目的:探讨延续护理干预对回肠造口患者自我管理效能感的影响.方法:选择2013年2~12月湖南长沙某三级医院住院治疗行回肠造口术且自我管理能力测评水平低者60例患者为研究对象,将患者随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组接受持续3个月的电话、网络及家庭随访干预,对照组给予造口常规护理.在出院时、干预后1个月,干预后3个月使用造口患者自我管理效能感量表对两组患者进行测评,比较两组患者自我管理能力.结果:试验组患者的自我管理能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:延续护理干预可以提高回肠造口患者自我管理能力,降低造口并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量.%Objective:To discuss the influence of continued nursing on self-management sense of efficacy of patients receiving ileostomy.Methods:Selected 60 patients receiving ileostomy in a Grade 3 hospital in Changsha, Hunan from February to December 2013 with low self-management ability rating level as the research objects, and they were equally divided into test group and control group at random, where patients in the test group received 3 months' telephone, Internet and family follow-up visit intervention continuously, and patients in the control group received conventional nursing of ileostomy.Patients in the two groups were rated with ileostomy patients self-management efficacy sense scale at the time of discharge, 1 month after intervention and 3 months after intervention, and patients in the two groups were compared in self-management ability.Results:The self-management ability of patients in the test group was significantly superior to that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Continued nursing intervention could improve the self-management ability of patients receiving ileostomy, reduce the occurring of ileostomy complications and improve the patients' life quality.
