目的:探讨中医特色护理在治疗宫颈癌术后下肢淋巴水肿患者中的效果.方法:选取2013年10月~2015年12月65例宫颈癌术后患者,随机分为对照组33例和观察组32例.对照组按妇科术后护理常规进行护理,观察组在此基础上采用中医特色护理,包括针刺疗法、拔罐、穴位敷贴、中药熏洗、微波、空气压力波,评价两组下肢淋巴水肿发生率.结果:观察组淋巴发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:综合应用中医特色护理技术可有效预防治疗下肢淋巴水肿的发生,提高患者生活质量.%Objective:To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine special nursing in patients with lymphatic edema of lower limb after receiving cervical carcinoma surgery treatment.Methods:Selected 65 patients receiving cervical carcinoma surgery from October 2013 to December 2015, and they were equally divided into 33 patients in the control group and 32 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group received nursing according to the conventional nursing after gynecologic operation, and patients in the observation group received the traditional Chinese medicine special nursing on this basis, including acupuncture therapy, cupping, acupoint application, traditional Chinese medicine fume-cleansing, microwave and air pressure wave, and patients in the two groups were evaluated in incidence rate of lymphatic edema of lower limb.Results:The incidence rate of lymphatic edema of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology could effectively prevent the occurring of lymphatic edema of lower limb and improve the patients' life quality.
