正念训练对肝移植术后患者焦虑抑郁水平及睡眠质量的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of mindfulness training on anxiety and depression level and the quality of sleep in patients after liver transplantation.Methods:A total of 50 patients with liver transplantation who were diagnosed from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, the mindfulness group and control group according to the difference of methods.In the control group, routine health education and psychological nursing were used.On the basis of nursing of the control group, the mindfulness group received mindfulness training once every other day, and 8 training sessions formed one treatment cycle.Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality self-rating table were used to determine the effect of mindfulness intervention on anxiety, depression and sleep quality in patients after liver transplantation.Results:There were 23 valid samples in the mindfulness group and 22 valid samples in the control group.The scores of SDS and SAS in the mindfulness group were significantly lower than those in the control group, There was statistical significance between the comparison of the two groups (P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was statistical significance between the comparison of the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients after liver transplantation, mindfulness training will help to reduce their anxiety and depression and improve the quality of sleep.It is worthy of popularization, promotion and utility value in clinical practice.%目的:探讨正念训练对肝移植术后患者焦虑抑郁水平以及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选择2015年10月~2016年10月我院收治确定诊断的50例肝移植术后患者按照方案的区别随机等分为正念组与对照组.对照组采用常规健康教育及心理护理,正念组在其基础之上每间隔1 d进行1次正念训练,8次正念训练完成为1个治疗周期.对比两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量自我评价表(PSQI)的结果,判断正念干预对于肝移植术后患者的焦虑、抑郁以及睡眠质量的影响.结果:正念组有效样本23例,对照组有效样本22例.正念组干预后SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组,两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),睡眠质量各项评分明显低于对照组,两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于肝移植术后患者,正念训练有助于降低其焦虑、抑郁水平,提高睡眠质量,在临床上有普及、推广、使用价值.
