Objective: To explore the related factors influencing the will of diabetes patients to use insulin pump , so as to effectively improve the acceptance rate of diabetes patients to insulin pump .Methods:Questionnaires were designed to investigate 120 cases of diabetes patients satisfying the insulin pump use requirements to see whether they are willing to use the insulin pump , and the factors influencing the use of insulin pump by diabetes patients were analyzed . Results: Among 120 cases, 65％(78/120) were willing to use insulin pump, and there were many and complicated factors influencing their will to use in-sulin pump, mainly including the patient's age, economic condition, and cognition of insulin pump, etc.Conclusion:Most diabetes patients were willing to use insulin pump, and it's required to comprehensively consider the patient's actual situation and strengthen the health knowledge education in clinical application, to help the patients to realize the advantages of insulin pump.%目的:探讨影响糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵意愿的相关因素,从而有效提高糖尿病患者对胰岛素泵的接受率.方法:制定调查问卷,对符合使用胰岛素泵要求的120例糖尿病患者是否有意愿使用胰岛素泵的情况进行调查,分析影响患者使用胰岛素泵的因素.结果:120例患者中65％(78/120)的患者有使用胰岛素泵的意愿.对这种意愿产生影响的因素较多且比较复杂,主要包括患者的年龄、经济条件、对胰岛素泵的认知程度等.结论:大部分糖尿病患者有使用胰岛素泵进行治疗的意愿,临床中还需要全面考虑患者的实际情况,加强健康知识教育,让患者意识到胰岛素泵的优势.
