多模式健康教育在跖趾关节移植修复掌指关节术后功能锻炼中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨多模式健康教育在跖趾关节移植修复掌指关节术后功能锻炼中的应用.方法:选取我院2016年2月 ~2017年4月120例采用跖趾关节移植修复掌指关节手术的患者,在康复期(术后6h~出院前)进行健康教育.对所有患者进行编号并随机抽取3组数字组成传统健康教育组、掌上健康教育组、多模式健康教育组各40例,其中传统健康教育组采用口头讲解,发放纸质资料等方式;掌上健康教育组采用制作视频和PPT资料,利用掌上电脑和手机微信进行健康教育;多模式健康教育组在传统方式的基础上,结合掌上健康教育,并通过互动模式,开展健康教育.健康教育后比较3组患者的康复锻炼正确率、康复锻炼依从性及满意度.结果:多模式健康教育组患者康复锻炼正确率、康复锻炼依从性及患者满意度均高于传统健康教育组和掌上健康教育组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:多模式健康教育能够有效指导跖趾关节移植修复掌指关节手术患者术后功能锻炼,促进患者指关节功能恢复,提高患者满意度.%Objective: To explore the application of multi -mode health education in functional exercise after the operation of metatarsophalangeal joint transplantation for metacarpophalangeal joint repair .Methods:Selected 120 cases of patients receiving the operation of metatarsophalangeal joint transplanta-tion for metacarpophalangeal joint repair from February 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital to receive health education in their rehabilitation period ( postop-erative 6h -before discharge).All patients were numbered, and 3 groups of figures were sampled at random to form traditional health education group, palmtop health education group, and multi-mode health education group, respectively with 40 cases of patients.The health education to traditional health education group was conducted via oral interpretation and distribution of paper -based materials;the health education to palmtop health education group was conducted through palm computer and WeChat via production of video and PPT data;and the health education to multi -mode health education group was developed through interactive mode on the basis of traditional method and in combination with palmtop health education .After the health education, the pa-tients from 3 groups were compared for their rehabilitation exercise accuracy , rehabilitation exercise compliance and satisfaction .Results:The patients from the multi-mode health education group were superior to those from the traditional health education group and palmtop health education group in rehabilita-tion exercise accuracy, rehabilitation exercise compliance and satisfaction, and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-mode health education could effectively guide the functional exercise of the patients after receiving the operation of metatarsophalangeal joint transplantation for metacarpophalangeal joint repair, promote the functional recovery of their phalangeal joints, and improve their satisfaction.
