Objective:To explore the effect of feeding and swallowing training on rehabilitation nursing of cerebral apoplexy patients with dysphagia .Meth-ods: Selected 320 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy who had dysphagia and admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2016 and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group .The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was treated with feeding and swallowing training. After two weeks of treatment, the degree of improvement and complications of dysphagia in the two groups were compared .Re-sults: The improvement of dysphagia in experimental group was better than that in control group ( P<0 .05 ) .The infection rates of pulmonary infection , gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract in the experimental group were lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Feeding-swallowing training can improve the swallowing function of cerebral apoplexy patients with dysphagia , decrease the infection rate of stroke -related pneumonia and improve the level of nursing.%目的:探讨摄食-吞咽培训在提高脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理中的应用效果。
