Objective:To discuss the effect of galactopoietics cooperating with dialectical acupoint selection massage on the post -delivery breast milk secre-tion.Methods:Selected 210 cases of lying -in women with full -term pregnancy and spontaneous labor in our hospital were selected, and all of the lying -in women had little or no breast milk after delivery, and they were randomly divided into galactopoietics group, dialectical acupoint selection massage group and combined group.The breast milk secretion amount and post -care comprehensive curative effect of the 3 groups of lying -in women were observed.Re-sults: The breast milk secretion and comprehensive curative effect in the combined group were better than those in the galactopoietics group and dialectical acupoint massage group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The dialectical acupoint selection massage combined with the oral taking of galactopoietics could effective -ly promote the post -delivery breast milk section, was beneficial for the development and physical and mental health of babies and infants and could promote the body recovery of lying -in women.%目的：探讨催乳方剂配合辩证取穴按摩法对促进产后乳汁分泌的效果。方法：选取我院足月妊娠自然分娩的产妇210例，产妇均存在产后乳汁量少或无，随机将其等分为催乳方剂组、辩证取穴按摩组、联合组。观察3组产妇乳汁分泌量、护理后综合疗效。结果：联合组产妇乳汁分泌量及综合疗效均优于催乳方剂组和辨证取穴组（P ＜0.05）。结论：辩证取穴按摩联合口服催乳方剂能有效促进产后泌乳，有利于婴幼儿的生长发育及身心健康，促进产妇身体的恢复。
