目的：：探讨科室联动护理服务模式在化疗间歇期PICC导管维护中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年1月~2013年12月符合入组条件的患者40例，随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用科室联动服务模式进行维护护理。结果：观察组患者在化疗间歇期发生机械性静脉炎、穿刺点感染、导管移位、穿刺点周围皮肤过敏、维护间隔时间≤6d的异常情况明显减少。结论：实行科室联动服务维护模式，可以确保全院PICC带管患者在化疗间歇期得到规范化标准化的护理。%Objective:To investigate the linkage department nursing service mode in the application of PICC catheter maintenance chemotherapy effect in the period of chemotherapy intermission. Methods:From January 2010 to December 2013,selected 40 patients matching the set of conditions and randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group. The control group given routine nursing,while the observation group received multi-sectoral linkage mode. Results:Observation group of patients on chemotherapy intermission mechanical phlebitis,puncture point interval time was less than and equal the six days of anomalies decreased signifcantly. Conclusion:The department linkage service maintenance mode can ensure patients with PICC tude to get standard-ized nursing in intermittent period of chemotherapy.
