Objective:To evaluate the best intervention strategies to enteral nutrition tube blockage in critically ill patients. Methods:Selected 60 critically ill patients from February 2012 - February 2013 who didn′t apply cluster nursing intervention strategies to enteral nutrition as control group,selected 59 criti-cally ill patients from March 2013 - March 2014 who apply cluster nursing intervention strategies to enteral nutrition as experimental group. Compared the in-cidence of tube blockage in the patients of both groups. Results:The incidence of tube blockage in control group was lower than that of experimental group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:Implementation of cluster nursing intervention strategies to enteral nutrition can effectively reduce the incidence of tube blockage in critically ill patients.%目的：：探讨集束化护理干预策略对危重患者肠内营养堵管的影响。方法：选择2012年2月~2014年3月我院收治的肠内营养支持119例患者为研究对象,将2012年2月~2013年2月的60例患者作为对照组,2013 年 3 月 ~2014年3月的59例患者作为试验组,对照组未开展集束化护理干预,试验组开展集束化护理干预,比较集束干预前后两组患者肠内营养堵管的发生情况。结果：试验组肠内营养堵管的发生少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：实施集束化护理干预策略能有效降低危重患者肠内营养堵管的发生率。
