Objective:To investigate the effect of community home nursing intervention on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension and medica-tion compliance.Methods:This community 142 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the control group received routine community care,home nursing patients in the observation group.Changes in blood pressure and medication adher-ence were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention group were observed diastolic and systolic blood pressure were signifi-cantly lower than the control group (P <0.05),was observed after the intervention group were significantly higher medication compliance (P <0.05).Con-clusions:Home nursing can effectively improve community aged patients with hypertension medication compliance ,lower blood pressure levels in patients,it is worth promoting.%目的：探讨居家护理干预对社区老年高血压病患者血压和用药依从性的影响。方法：选取本社区老年高血压病患者142例，随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者接受常规社区护理，观察组患者接受居家护理。比较两组患者干预前后血压和用药依从性的变化情况。结果：干预后观察组患者舒张压和收缩压均显著低于对照组（P ＜0．05），干预后观察组患者用药依从性明显高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论：居家护理可有效提升社区老年高血压病患者的用药依从性，降低患者的血压水平，值得推广。
