目的:探讨体外振动排痰机在人工气道患者中的应用效果.方法:将69例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组34例,观察组35例.对照组采用雾化吸入和常规翻身拍背叩击排痰方法,观察组在对照组的基础上使用了体外振动排痰机排痰.结果:两组排痰量、血氧饱和度比较差异有统计学意义.结论:使用排痰机患者控制感染效果好.%Objective:To study the effect of extracorporeal vibration expectoration machine used in patients with artificial airway.Methods:69 patientswere randomly divided into control group and observation group,of which 34 cases of the control group,35 cases of observation group.Control group accepted aerosol inhalation of phlegm method and conventional roll over and knockod on the back,the observation group used expectoration machine based on control group.Results:The sputum volume,blood oxygen saturation of two groups has statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of expectoration machine on control infrection has a good effect.
