患者及陪护的健康教育对护理质量的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of patients and watchers's health education on nursing quality. Methods: 100 patients with watchers from June to December in 2010 were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group and control group,each group had 50 patients and 50 watcher,only routine nursing was given to control group, intervention group did additional systematic health education as mental nursing,disease related knowledge and nursing and so on to watchers, compared the effect of two groups patients with nursing. Results:Intervention group patients and watcher's satisfaction to nurses was higher than that of the control group(P <0.01) ,The nurse's complaints were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01). Patients in the intervention group of diseases and nursing knowledge was better than the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: By giving health education to patients and watchers did not only improve the satisfaction of patients and watchers,relieved the nurse-patient disputes,but also enhanced the nursing quality.%目的:探讨患者及陪护的健康教育对护理质量的影响.方法:将2010年6~12月我科100例有陪护的患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组均包括50例患者和50名陪护,对照组仅对患者本人进行常规心理及疾病相关的健康教育;干预组除对患者进行常规的健康教育外并对陪护进行心理、相关疾病及照顾等相关的健康教育,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果:干预组患者及陪护对护士的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),对护士的投诉情况明显低于对照组(P<0.01).干预组患者对疾病及护理相关知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:通过对患者及陪护同时实施健康教育明显提高了患者及陪护的满意度,减少了护患纠纷的发生,提高了护理质量.
