Objective:This paper studied the work attitudes of nurse students at the present age ,and in-depth analyse their potential misunderstanding, combined with the current form of employment with the objective of social problems, and try to find reliability measures ,thus enable them to successful employment.Methods: Take a stratified random sample survey of technology,and make an investigation by questionnaire to the relevant nursing undergraduate students.Results:Part of nursing undergraduate' motives conflict with the employment status of the current,however, the majority of nursing students will still choose to engage in nursing work.Conclusion: School,hospitaland social should broaden nursing students' understanding of the job knowledge of the channel,Strengthen the career guidance.%目的:了解当代护理本科生的就业观,分析其潜在性误区,并结合当前就业形式与客观存在的社会问题,提出可靠性措施,以助其成功就业.方法:采取分层随机抽样调查方法,以问卷形式向相关学院的护理本科生展开调查.结果:部分护理本科生入学动机和目前的护理就业状况冲突,但大部分护生还是会选择从事护理工作.结论:学校、医院、社会应拓宽护生了解就业知识的渠道,加强就业指导.
