目的:探讨胸腔镜微创漏斗胸矫形术(NUSS微创手术)的围手术期护理.方法:对我院小儿外科2007年1月～2008年12月所行的10例NUSS微创手术围手术期护理进行分析总结.结果:10例患儿均恢复良好,术后疼痛均可自我控制,无并发症发生,胸部矫形满意.结论:通过有计划、精心的围手术期护理,可保证手术的成功,防止术后并发症的发生,提高患儿对疼痛的耐受力.%Objective:To discuss perioperation care of laparoscope minimally invasive with chondrosternoplasty.Methods: Perioperation care of 10 patients with aparoscope minimally invasive with chondrosternoplasty from Jan.2007-Dec.2008 were summarized.Results:The patients has good recover,and the pain postoperation could control by themselves,there was no complications,the chest orthopedic has good effect.Conclusion:Carefuly perioperation care could ensure the operation success ,prevent the occur rate of complication and improve children patients' tolerance on pain.
