目的:探讨一体化后装治疗系统在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的护理方法.方法:回顾性分析198例接受一体化后装治疗和198例接受常规后装治疗患者的病情记录和相关临床护理资料.结果:一体化后装治疗和传统源后装治疗相比较患者的消化系统、血液系统、泌尿系统的急慢性毒副反应均明显减小,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:护士要熟知宫颈癌的基本知识,掌握后装治疗的配合,治疗前加强患者的心理护理及各种准备,治疗后给予及时细心的护理是确保后装治疗顺利进行的保障,可减轻后装治疗并发症的发生.%Objective:To explore the nursing method of integrated brachytherapy unit in the treatment of middle and advanced cervical cancer. Methods:Conditions and related clinical nursing material were retrospectively analysed including 198 patients with cervical cancer receivd integrated brachytherapy(the observation group) and 198 patients with cervical cancer receivd receivd traditional brachytherapy(the control group).Results:The acute and chronic side effects of digesting system,hematopoietic system,urinary system were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurses should master the elementary knowlede of cervical cancer and the coordination of brachytherapy.It was essential to strengthen the patient's psychological nursing and each kind of preparation bfore and after the treatment in order to ensure brachytherapy carried on smoothly and reduce complications.
