[目的]探讨护理单元护理工作量测量方法,为护理人力资源管理提供决策依据.[方法]在文献分析及前期护理单元绩效评价指标体系研究的基础上,制定护理单元护理工作量的项目框架;经过2轮项目筛查确定测量项目,经过2轮德尔菲专家咨询和4次专题讨论确定项目权重,并进行实测数据分析.[结果]确认了181项护理工作量项目的分类及权重,实测数据有较好的认可度.[结论]研究所确定的护理工作量分类与权重,能比较客观、准确地反映本院临床护理工作量情况.%Objective:To explore the nursing-unit nursing workload measurement method,in order to provide the decision-making basis for nursing human resource management.Methods:Based on the literature analysis and the primary research on the performance evaluation index system of nursing unit,the project framework of nursing-unit nursing workload was developed.After two rounds of project screening,the measurement project was determined,and the weight of the project was determined through two rounds of Del-phi expert consultation and 4 special discussions.The measured data were analyzed.Results:The classification and weight of 179 nursing workload projects were confirmed,and the measured data had good recognition.Conclusions:The classification and weight of nursing workload determined by the institute could reflect the clinical nursing workload of the hospital objectively and accurately.
