高职护理专业学生专业认同情况及其影响因素分析

     

摘要

[目的]了解高职护理专业学生专业认同情况,探讨其影响因素,为提高护理专业学生的专业认同提供依据。[方法]采用护理本科生专业认同调查问卷对渭南职业技术学院829名学生进行问卷调查。[结果]高职护理专业学生的专业认同总分62.69分±9.36分;专业技能维度得分最低(1.82分±0.48分),专业情感维度得分最高(2.83分±0.58分);女生、因为自己喜欢而就读护理专业、高年级学生专业认同度较高(P<0.05)。[结论]高职护理专业学生的专业认同处于一般水平;影响高职护理专业学生专业认同的最主要因素是就读护理专业的原因。%Objective:To know about the situation of professional identity of higher vocational nursing students, and to probe into its influencing factors,so as to provide some evidences for improving professional identity of them.Methods:A total of 829 students in Weinan Vocational and Technical College were surveyed by using nursing undergraduates’professional identity questionnaire.Results:The total score of professional identity of higher vocational nursing students was 62.69±9.36.The average score of professional skill dimension was the lowest(1.82±0.48).And professional emotion dimension score was the highest score(2.83±0.58).The pro-fessional identity level of girl students,students who choose the nursing profession because they like and senior students were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Higher vocational nursing students’professional identity is at gen-eral level.The most main factor that affected professional identity of higher vocational nursing students is the reason to choose nursing profession.
