Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) promoted early rehabilitation of surgical patients by optimizing organ function before operation, alleviating adverse stress reaction caused by operation.The main contents of ERAS included preoperative counseling, nutrition optimization, standardized analgesia and early activities.Although there were a lot of evidences that ERAS could benefit patients, the implementation of ERAS in clinical practice had been slow because ERAS challenged traditional surgical principles.It reviewed the basic principles medical effect and economic benefit, multidisciplinary cooperation, related guidelines and expert consensus of ERAS, and the monitoring of ERAS.%加速康复外科(ERAS)通过优化机体术前器官功能,减轻手术造成的不良应激反应,促进外科手术病人早期康复.ERAS方案的主要内容包括术前咨询、优化营养、标准化镇痛及早期活动等,尽管目前有大量的证据表明ERAS能使病人获益,但由于ERAS挑战了传统的手术原则,因此,ERAS在临床实践中的实施进展一直很慢.主要综述了ERAS的基本原理、医疗效果和经济效益、多学科合作模式、相关的指南及专家共识、ERAS实施的监测.
