随着海洋能技术的不断发展，建设海洋能测试场成为突破海洋能装置从实验室样机到产业化应用的关键环节。文章分析了国外运行较为成熟的海洋能发电测试场发展现状，以及国内测试场发展现状与问题，基于我国目前没有公益性质的海洋能发电测试场的现实，着重分析了山东省建设测试场的优势，最后提出了建设建议。%With the continuous development of ocean energy technology,ocean energy power gen-eration test site construction is the key link for ocean energy convertor (OEC)industrialization applications.The situation of foreign mature current running ocean energy test site was analyzed in this paper and the domestic related problems on ocean energy test site were also discussed. Based on the reality that China has no ocean energy test site,this paper analyzed the advantage of Shandong province on constructing test site and some construction suggestions were given.
