Abstrack:Under the background of agricultural modernization,there is important practical signif-icance to scientifically promote the modernization of aquaculture industry in Shandong Province. By selecting relative marine fishery data in Shandong Province from 2004 to 2013,the moderniza-tion evaluation system of Shandong Province was constructed and marine fishery modernization developing level was measured to comprehensively evaluate the affecting factors on modernization development of marine fisheries in Shandong Province.Some relative countermeasures and sugges-tions were also proposed according to the modernization developing status and existing problems.%在农业现代化背景下，科学推进山东省水产业和海洋渔业现代化建设具有重要的现实意义。文章通过选取2004－2013年山东省海洋渔业相关数据，构建山东省海洋渔业现代化测评体系，对山东省海洋渔业现代化发展水平进行测算，综合测度影响山东省海洋渔业现代化发展的因素；针对山东省海洋渔业现代化发展现状及存在问题，提出相关对策性建议。
