链条式抽油机平衡度与能耗的关系探讨

         

摘要

As a typical no-beam pumping chain-drive pumping unit is widely used,its balance degree will directly affects the energy consumption and working state of the equipment.In order to analyze the quantitative relationship between the degree of balance and energy consumption,make the pumping unit to work at the optimal balance state.In this article,kinematics and dynamics models of balance mechanism are set up to calculate the function relation between the net torque of the sprocket and the angle of the chain wheel.The torque curve calculation model of the chain pumping unit and was established,the criterion of balance and energy consumption was put forward.The variation trend and function of energy consumption with degree of balance are analyzed by means of balanced coordinate.By practical calculation,it shows that on the state of underbalance and overbalance the increase in energy consumption is basically symmetric about the total equilibrium state,which is the optimum state of energy saving.The closer to equilibrium,the less energy fluctuation,the optimum balance interval of the chain-drive pumping unit is calculated.In the end,the result of field test verifies the correctness of theoretical calculation.%链条式抽油机平衡度的大小将直接影响抽油机的能耗和工作状态.为了分析链条式抽油机的平衡度与能耗的定量关系,使链条式抽油机工作在最佳平衡状态,对链条式抽油机的平衡机构进行运动学和动力学建模,分析计算了链轮净转矩与链轮转过角度的函数关系式.建立了链条式抽油机的转矩曲线计算模型,提出了链条式抽油机平衡度及能耗的判据.通过平衡坐标分析能耗随平衡度的变化趋势及函数关系式.实例计算表明,欠平衡与过平衡状态下能耗的变化曲线基本关于完全平衡状态对称,完全平衡时链条式抽油机处于最佳节能状态,越接近平衡状态,能耗波动越小;并分析计算出链条式抽油机的最佳平衡区间.现场测试结果验证了理论计算的正确性.
