电爆炸增产工具爆炸腔支架结构优化设计

         

摘要

金属丝电爆炸技术(EEW)因其能够产生可控的、稳定的、连续的冲击波,能提高原油采收率而被用于石油行业中.由于电爆炸增产井下工具的结构设计要求,高低压电极之间采用支架支撑连接,形成爆炸腔,电爆炸产生的冲击波沿径向传播,必定会受到支架结构的影响.利用非线性动力分析软件AUTODYN,分析了电爆炸增产井下工具爆炸腔支架对冲击波传播的影响.结果表明,在相同的支架外壁弧长下,支架内径对冲击波的幅值影响较小,对比冲量有一定影响;支架侧面的倾斜角度会影响冲击波在其两侧产生的环流;支架外壁后的峰值压力和比冲量都随支架角度的增大而降低,而且较小的内壁弧长能显著提高支架外壁后的冲击波峰值压力和比冲量.%The electrical explosion of wire (EEW),which can generate a convenient,stable,and controllable shock wave,is gradually acted as a physical enhanced oil recovery technology in petroleum industry.Due to the structural design requirements of electrical wire explosion tool,the two electrodes were supported by the support,and they formed the explosive cavity.The shock waves spread along the radial will be affected by the support structure.In order to investigate the effect of support on shock waves,the calculate model was established and the propagation law of shock waves through the support were analyzed in AUTODYN.The results show that under the same arc length of support outer wall,the inner diameter of support has a little effect on the peak pressure,but it has some effects on the impulse.The circulation of shock waves,which were formed on the two side of support,were affected by the support angle.The peak pressure and impulse behind the support outer wall were reduced with the increase of support angle,and what is more,they would be significantly improved when the inner wall is designed with a small arc length.
