针对高含CO2、低含H2S的腐蚀环境,研究镍钨合金镀层管材在此环境下的腐蚀行为.试验结果表明,镍钨合金镀层发生全面腐蚀,腐蚀速率为0.053 1 mm/a.通过对腐蚀产物膜分析,其主要成分为Ni3S2,认为该产物膜保护性较好,从而使腐蚀速率降低.%The corrosion behavior of nickel and tungsten alloy plating in high CO2 and low H2S corrosive environment was researched.The result showed that general corrosion appeared on the surface of nickel and tungsten alloy plating and the corrosion rate was 0.053 1 mm/a.Through the analysis for corrosion film,the major composition was Ni3S2.The corrosion film contained Ni3S2 was considered to have protection to reduce the corrosion rate.
