海上油田隔离密封性能优化研究及应用

         

摘要

针对海上油田生产井中出现的井下密封筒的磨损、划伤及腐蚀导致插入密封容易失效的问题,设计了一种新型插入密封工具.介绍了该插入密封工具的结构与工作原理;通过胶筒受力分析来确定结构参数,并对主要零件进行了有限元分析.在海上油田应用压力膨胀式插入密封,对其进行坐封及验封.经理论分析和试验证明:设计的压力膨胀式插入密封工具满足插入密封的技术指标要求,并能在有缺陷的密封筒里实现有效密封.%Aiming at the easy insertion sealing failure resulting from abrasion scratches,or corrosion of sealing barrel appeared in the borehole through offshore oilfields producing wells currently,a new type of insertion sealing tool is designed.The structural design and operating principle of insert sealing tool are introduced to determine the structural parameters by stress analysis for rubber tube,and do a finite element for the main parts.The pressing expansive insert seal is applied on the offshore oilfield,and do packer setting and sealing check.Theoretical analysis matches the experimental results,which prove that the new insertion sealing tool can meet the technical requirements of insertion sealing and is able to achieve effective sealing function in the defective sealing barrel.
