基于配点法的海洋铺管S段力学分析与计算

         

摘要

海洋管道的工作环境特殊性,其铺设施工质量直接影响后期使用性能及维护保养成本。对海洋管道铺设过程中的变形量计算与分析,尤其是S段变形量的控制是确保其施工质量的重要手段。采用三次B样条函数对铺管时的悬跨曲线进行拟合,利用加权残数方法中的配点法对数学模型建立求解方程,并在求解非线性方程组时,利用牛顿法迭代求解,得出管道各节点的受力情况。开发出相应的海洋管道铺设力学计算软件,并进行了实例计算,从而为海洋管道的铺管作业施工提供了有效的技术手段,具有应用价值。%The working environment of marine pipeline is special,and the quality of laying con-struction directly affects the later use and maintenance costs.The calculation and analysis of the deformation in the course of laying marine pipeline,especially,the control of the deformation of the S section are important ways to ensure the construction quality.In this paper,the three B spline function was used to fit the curve of the cross section of the pipe laying.The mathematical model was established with the collocation method of weighted residual method.When solving the nonlinear equations,the Newton method was used to solve the problem.The stress situation of each node of the pipeline was obtained.At the same time,the corresponding calculation software for the laying of marine pipeline was developed,and an example calculation was given.The soft-ware provided an effective technical way for the pipe laying operation of the marine pipeline.The software will have a practical application value.
