耐高温负离子抗堵塞滤砂筛管研制与应用

         

摘要

为改善敏感性稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐井防砂效果,通过性能试验,优选出力学性能、耐温性能及耐介质性能好的氧化铝作为过滤材料,高强度溶融氧化铝作为结合剂,硅酸盐类负离子粉作为表面处理剂,研制出一种具有耐高温、高强度、高渗透率、抗堵塞的稠油热采防砂用滤砂管。该滤砂管具有较好的耐高温性能、优良力学性能,挡砂能力强、不易堵塞等优点。目前,现场已试验12井次,平均单井日增液28.1 m3,单井日增油2.7 t,动液面上升148.3 m。%In order to improve the effect of sand control in steam inj ection wells of the sensitive heavy oil reservoir,through performance test,alumina with good mechanical properties,tempera-ture resistance and medium performance as filter material is optimized.High strength molten alu-minum is used as a binding agent,silicate anionic powder is used as surface treatment agents, heavy oil thermal recovery sand screen with high temperature resistance,high strength,high per-meability and anti-clogging properties is finally made.The sand screen has better high tempera-ture resistance,excellent mechanical properties,perfect sand retention capability,anti-clogging, etc.At present,the sand screen has been used on 12 wells in field experiment.The average single well liquid increased is 28.1 m3 ,single well oil increased is 2.7 t and working fluid level rises 148.3 m.
