崖城13-1 PFA模块钻机是“小撬块、组合式”海洋模块钻机，其各功能模块由许多小撬块组成，各小模块之间通过销轴或螺栓连接。对崖城模块钻机的DES模块、PM模块和DSM模块进行有限元分析，重点对该钻机与常规模块钻机进行对比，总结了小撬块、组合式钻机的结构型式与特点。该模块钻机每个撬块可以利用平台上新增的吊机进行海上安装，极大地降低了海上施工费用，避免了对大型浮吊的依赖。%The compact offshore rig module in Yancheng 13-1PFA features for its small size mod-ules combined compact with pins and bolts connection.An infinite element analysis was carried out for its DES module,PM module and DSM module.The comparison between the new and con-ventional ones and conclusion of its structure and feature were carried out as well.The module features for its compact size to be installed with existing lifter to save installation cost and avoi-ding the dependent of floating lifter.
