Deepwater drilling riser system faced a variety of possible failures. Different types of injury appeared in different positions. Three types of damages have been considered, which were vortex-induced fatigue, corrosion and wear, respectively. According to the deepwater riser con-figuration and environmental conditions, the operating life is predicted for the most injury prone areas, and the damage level of the whole system has also been evaluated. Assessment results showed that drilling riser wear is becoming increasingly apparent with the increasing depth of op-erations, which should become a focus for consideration.%深水钻井隔水管系统面临多种失效可能,不同类型的损伤出现位置也不同.考虑了涡致疲劳、腐蚀和磨损3种损伤类型,并根据深水隔水管配置和实际环境条件,针对损伤最易发生的区域进行作业寿命预测,从整体上评估了隔水管的损伤等级.评估结果表明,随着作业水深的加大,隔水管磨损问题日益凸现,应成为重要的预防和管理对象.
