井下工具的工作环境十分恶劣,为了保证操作人员的安全,对井下工具安全性有着特殊要求,井下工具可靠性设计是保证油田开采过程安全性的基础和关键.分析了井下工具失效的主要原因,在此基础上,对井下工具的可靠性设计方法和步骤做了初步探讨.%The downhole tools working is very bad in the process of oil exploitation. A special se-curity about the tools had been required to guarantee safety of the operators. The key and foun-dation to ensure safely in the process of oilfield exploitation was reliable of the downhole tools. The main reasons of the failure for downhole tools was discussed and analyed. A preliminary study about the reliability design methods was made and steps in the process of downhole tools design that based on the experience were discussed.
