惠宁原油管道全年常温输送的可行性研究

         

摘要

惠安堡—中宁原油管道(以下简称惠宁线)输送长庆油田原油,每年超过八个月的时间采取加热输送,消耗了大量的燃料油和天然气,不仅增大了管输成本,同时会释放大量温室气体、氮氧化物、二氧化硫等有害气体,对环境造成很大影响,为此开展了管道常温输送的可行性研究.根据统计,近几年惠宁线每年的实际年输量均在450×104 t以上,平均输量可达到640 m3/h,油田交油平均温度为32℃.在日常运行中,通过合理的优化配置和调度运行,可以延长常温输送时间;同时,根据惠宁线2016年实际输量以及实际能耗情况分析,如果全年实施常温输送,每年可节约燃料油1318 t,可节省费用约378万元.%Hui'anpu-Zhongning Crude Oil Pipeline (hereinafter referred as Hui-Ning Pipeline) transports crude oil of Changqing Oilfield. It adopts heating transportation over eight months annually and consumes massive fuel oil and natural gas, which not only increase the pipeline transmission cost, but also release a large amount of greenhouse gases, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and other harmful gases and pollute the environment. Therefore, the feasibility study of pipeline transportation at normal temperature is conducted.According to statistics,in recent years the actual annual throughput of Hui-Ning Pipeline is all more than 450×104 t,the average throughput can reach 640 m3/h,and the aver-age temperature of oil delivery is 32℃.In daily operation,through reasonable optimization,configu-ration, dispatch and operation, the normal temperature transportation time can be prolonged. And at the same time, according to the actual throughput and energy consumption in 2016, if normal tem-perature transportation over the full year can be achieved, fuel oil can be saved by 1318 t every year, and the cost can be saved by about 3.78 million yuan.
