WZ 11-4D-A Platform is an important node in Weizhou Natural Gas Looped Network, and its main role is to provide fuel gas for the turbine of Weizhou 11-4 Oilfield. There is only one well in production, for economic consideration, unattended production needs to be achieved, and the transformation of remote control is conducted.Through the analysis of the gas source of the natural gas looped network, four kinds of switchable gas supply modes. For the first time, the electric air tap is applied in the remote control production in the wellhead platform, meeting the requirements of safe production and unattended operation of the platform. After the transformation, through remote con-trol production 1600×104 m3 more natural gas can be transported to the looped network.%WZ11-4D-A平台是涠洲天然气环网中的一个重要节点,其主要作用是为涠洲11-4油田透平提供燃料气源,由于目前只有1口井生产,从经济性考虑,需要实现无人驻守生产,为此进行了平台遥控生产的改造.通过对天然气环网中各气源进行分析,设计出4种可切换的供气模式,首次实现了在井口平台应用电动气嘴远程遥控生产,满足了平台安全生产及无人驻守的要求.改造后每年可通过遥控生产向环网多输送天然气1600×104 m3.
