偏置式布水、集水深床过滤器在渤海油田33-1平台的应用

         

摘要

In actual production process,for existing small and medium sized deep bed filters,it is dif-ficult to repair and prone to safe accidents,so a bias type deep bed filter for water distribution and gath-ering is developed.The filter improves the original water distribution and gathering system to many el-ements of water distribution and gathering buckets leaning to the tank wall and makes them as binocular structure,namely the outer tube is set at the end socket,and the inner tube is the tubular filter part for easy disassembly. Results of the one-year pilot test of the bias type deep bed filter in Bohai Oilfield show that the treated water quality reaches the requirement of low permeability formation injection,its daily maintenance is convenient, and no safety accidents happen. The successful development of the device has certain reference function for the design of other similar filters.%在实际生产过程中现有中小罐深床过滤器检修困难,极易发生安全事故,为此研制出一种偏置式布水、集水深床过滤器.该过滤器将传统布、集水系统改进为多个偏向罐壁布置的布水桶和集水桶单元,并将它们做成双筒结构,外筒镶嵌在封头上,内筒为方便拆装的筒状滤件.偏置式深床过滤器在渤海油田进行了为期一年的试运行,结果表明,处理后的水质达到低渗透地层注水水质的要求,且日常检修方便,未发生安全事故.该装置的研制成功对于其他类似过滤器的开发设计具有一定的参考作用.
