塔河油田高矿化度污水电解氧化处理实验

         

摘要

Sewage in oilfields with characteristics of high mineralization, low pH valve and strong corrosivity should be modified before treating. The conventional "neutralization and chemical oxygen"water quality modified process have disadvantages of high treatment cost, complex treatment process and large amount of sludge. Aiming at electrolytic oxidation mechanism and physical properties of highly mineralized sewage in Tahe Oilfield, experimental study of sewage electrolytic oxidation treat-ment is developed. The study results show that with current density of 15 mA/cm2 and treatment time of 8 min, the removal rate of suspended solid, total iron and germs in sewage respectively reach 98.6%, 98.8% and 100%, the sewage pH value increases from 5.5 to 6.2, the average corrosion rate decreases from 0.1777 mm/a to 0.0654 mm/a and the mineralization value decreases from 233262 mg/L to 188756 mg/L. Compared with H2O2 solution oxidation treatment, its cost is 0.22 yuan lower per cubic meter,and its water quality is obviously better.%塔河油田污水具有矿化度高、pH值较低、腐蚀性较强的特点,在处理前往往需对其水质进行改性.常规的"中和+化学氧化"水质改性工艺存在处理成本高、处理工艺复杂、污泥量大等缺陷.针对电解氧化机理和塔河油田高矿化度油田污水物性,开展了污水电解氧化处理实验研究,结果表明:在电流密度为15 mA/cm2、处理时间为8min条件下,污水固体悬浮物(SS)、总铁、菌类去除率分别达到98.6%、98.8%、100%,污水pH值由5.5上升至6.2,平均腐蚀速率由0.1777 mm/a降低至0.0654 mm/a,矿化度由233262 mg/L降低至188756 mg/L;比H2O2溶液氧化处理成本低0.22元/m3,且其水质明显优于H2O2溶液氧化处理后的水质.
