油田数字化中三维点云技术的应用

         

摘要

点云是在相同坐标参考系下,通过获取目标物体表面采样点的空间位置信息和表面特征属性信息而得到的海量点的集合.三维激光扫描仪是获取点云数据的一个重要工具,其采用高速激光进行扫描测量,快速获取目标物体表面采样点的坐标数据,为建立被测物体三维影像模型的数据基础提供了一种全新的技术手段.三维激光扫描仪具有速度快、分辨率高、穿透性强、密度大、精度高、获取面积大等特点,有效地弥补了传统的MAYA、Auto CAD、Cinema4D等建模工具在复杂曲面物体建模中存在的问题.三维点云技术的数据采集方法和采集的数据均符合现行国家标准和行业标准,且具有较高的测量精度和自动化程度,达到了数据精确且冗余度低的目的,是目前较先进的三维建模数据采集方法.%The point cloud is the set of massive points obtained by acquiring the spatial position information and the surface characteristic information of the sampling points on the surface of the target object in the same coordinate reference system.The 3D laser scanner is an important tool to obtain the point cloud data,and it could access the coordinate data of sampling point on the object surface by using laser scanning at a high speed,providing a new technical mean for establishing the data base of 3D image modeling.The 3D laser scanner has the features of fast speed,high resolution,great penetration,large density,high precision and large acquisition area,and it could effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional MAYA,Auto CAD,4D Cinema and other modeling tools on the modeling of complex curved surfaces.The data collection of the 3D point cloud technology is consistent with existing national standards and industry standards.Its high degree of high measurement precision and automation can achieve high precise data and low redundancy,and it is the more advanced 3D modeling method recently.
