反硝化技术利用油藏和油田地面设施内原生反硝化细菌,来抑制地面系统中硫酸盐还原菌生长并去除硫化氢及其他种类硫化物.在明确反硝化技术原理基础上,有针对性地开发了能够促进反硝化细菌生长的DN-1001型反硝化药剂,并在室内对所研制反硝化药剂进行了对比评价和适应性评价.实验结果表明,使用DN-1001反硝化药剂,其加药浓度为400 mg/L时,可有效抑制SRB生长并控制其产生硫化物,抑制效果达到了进口同类产品的水平.%Denitrifying technology inhibits the developing of sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) in surface system and removes hydrogen sulfide and other sulfides by using protogenetic denitrifying bacteria in the oil reservoir and oilfield surface facilities.Based on the clarified denitrification technology principle,denitrifying chemical DN-1001 that can accelerate the growth of denitrifying bacteria is specifically developed,and comparison and applicability evaluations of the chemical are conducted indoor.The test result shows that DN-1001 with adding concentration of 400 mg/L can effectively inhibit the growth of SRB and control occurrence of sulfides,and its performance reaches the level of imported similar produ cts.
