CO2驱生产系统腐蚀与防护技术研究

         

摘要

为有效解决CO2驱生产系统腐蚀问题,更好地开展CO2驱三次采油技术应用,通过分析中原油田沙一下油藏CO2驱腐蚀现状,根据油井产出气CO2含量、腐蚀监测情况和采油措施调整情况制定相应的防腐方案.从室内配套缓蚀剂及管材试验研究、防腐方案制定、现场实施应用与效果评价等三方面综合考虑,优选出了适合沙一下油藏CO2驱生产系统的防腐技术.试验结果表明,研发的CO2驱防腐技术能够满足沙一下油藏CO2驱的应用要求,达到有效控制腐蚀的目的.%In order to effectively solve the corrosion problems occur in production system and further improve the tertiary recovery technology application of CO2 flooding, the CO2 flooding corrosion sta-tus of Shayixia Reservoir in Zhongyuan Oilfield is analyzed. And the corresponding anti-corrosion scheme is drawn up on the basis of the CO2 content in produced gas from the oil well,corrosion moni-toring conditions and the adjustment conditions of oil production measures. Considering three aspects of experimental study on lab supporting corrosion inhibitors and pipelines,establishment of anti-corro-sion scheme, and field implement and result evaluation, the anti-corrosion technology that is suitable for Shayixia Reservoir CO2 production is optimized. The test results show that the CO2 flooding anti-corrosion technology can meet the application requirements of Shayixia Reservoir CO2 flooding and achieve the goal of effective control of corrosion.
