降低油田污水中HCO3-提高配聚黏度的应用研究

         

摘要

当前,大庆油田聚合物溶液配制用水多为油田污水,其水体的离子成分复杂且多样化,对聚合物溶液黏度的影响比较显著.为此,开展了利用阴离子去除剂与油田污水充分混合反应,降低污水中的HCO3含量,提高聚合物溶液黏度的实验.实验结果表明,阴离子去除剂投加量为0.2%~0.3%时,可提高配聚黏度10 mPa·s左右,节省聚合物用量15%左右.同时,实现了固液自动化连续混合反应的技术工艺,最大限度地降低了规模化应用的处理成本.%Currently,the polymer solution confecting water in Daqing Oilfield mostly is the oilfield wastewater,and the ionic composition ofwastewater is complex and diversified and has obvious influence on polymer solution viscosity.Therefore,experiments are conducted,namely the sufficient hybrid reaction of the anion remover and the oilfield wastewater is used to reduce the HCO3-concentration in wastewater and then increase the polymer viscosity.The experiment result shows that when the dosage of the anion remover is 0.2% to 0.3%,the polymer solution viscosity will increase by about 10 mPa · s and the polymer dosage will be saved by about 15%.Meanwhile,the technical process of solid-liquid automatic continuous hybrid reaction is realized,and the treatment cost of large-scaledapplication can be maximally reduced.
