油田小口径钢管自动焊接生产工艺研究

         

摘要

油田小口径钢管自动焊接不但可以大幅度提高产品质量,降低工人强度,还能有效提高生产效率.在国外此技术日趋成熟,应用领域广泛,而国内只有几家公司拥有此项技术.通过对自动焊接工艺流程和关键技术的研究,建立了四条小口径钢管自动焊接生产工艺来代替传统手工焊接工艺,部分解决了传统手工焊接工艺工作强度大、环境条件差、产品合格率低等问题.近一年的实际应用表明,小口径钢管自动焊接工艺具有精度高、质量高和可靠性高的特点,设备故障率仅为3%,焊接生产效率提高近3倍,产品一次合格率达98%以上.%The automatic welding of oilfield small-bore steel pipes can not only greatly improve the product quality and reduce the labor intensity,but also etfectively increase the production efficiency.In foreign countries,this technology is becoming more and more mature and widely used,but only a few companies in China are able to use this technology.Through studying the technological process and key technologies of automatic welding,four automatic welding production processes of small-bore steel pipes are set up to replace the traditional manual welding process,which partly solves the problems of traditional manual welding process,such as high working intensity,poor environmental conditions and low product qualification rate.About one-year practical application shows that the automatic welding process of small-bore steel pipes has characteristics of high precision,high quality and high reliability,the equipment failure rate is only 3%,the welding production efficiency is improved by nearly3 times,and the one-timequalification rate of the product is over98%.
