由于海洋平台复杂的使用环境,一般潜油电泵变频控制系统均安装于室内,但是在一些特殊情况下需将变频柜安装在户外甲板上.早期海洋平台甲板直装型变频柜被国外产品垄断,采购和后期维护成本高,占地空间大.为了打破垄断,降低设备尺寸和成本,针对海上平台的使用工况定制开发具有自主技术的户外型变频控制柜,柜体采用316L不锈钢材质,变频模块采用背板式散热,电子部件置于IP66仓内,在解决功率器件散热的同时降低了潮湿和盐雾腐蚀对设备的影响,变频柜内置潜油电泵具有专用功能,其体积和性能均优于国外产品.%Because of the complex usage environment of the offshore platform,the ESP VFD control system is usually installed indoors, but in some special cases, the VFD cabinet should be installed on the outdoor deck.In the early stage,the offshore deck direct mounting VFD cabinet was monopolized by foreign companies, so its purchase and maintenance cost was high and its occupied space was large. In order to break the monopoly and reduce the equipment size and cost, the outdoor VFD cabinet is customized by our autonomous technology according to working conditions in the offshore platform. The cabinet is made of stainless steel 316L,the VFD module adopts backplane heat dissipation,and the electronic components are placed in the IP66 warehouse. By doing so, while solving the heat dissipa-tion of power components,the effects of moisture and salt fog corrosion on the equipment are reduced. The cabinet has built-in special function for the ESP,and its size and performance are both better than foreign products.
