地面集输管线的腐蚀穿孔是影响油气田安全生产的主要隐患之一.对西部某油田2013年度地面集输管线的腐蚀穿孔进行了统计和分析.注水管线的管材质量和结构、输送介质的腐蚀性、流体冲刷作用以及施工质量等是管线腐蚀穿孔的主要因素.为降低地面集输管线的腐蚀风险,提出"碳钢+缓蚀剂"防腐模式、使用非金属管线和管线定期检测的综合防治措施.从实用性和经济性考虑,缓蚀剂加注前一般要进行一次选型、分批次评价和定期清管预膜.非金属管线应重点关注选型和施工质量.%Corrosion perforation of surface gathering and transportation pipelines is one of the main problems that affect the safety of oil and gas field. Based on the corrosion perfora-tion data of the surface gathering and transportation pipelines in a western oil field during the year of 2013, the specific gravity of the factors such as pipeline materials, internal transmis-sion medium and perforation types were analyzed and found that internal corrosion was the main type of corrosion perforation for the metallic water-injection pipelines;in addition, the causes of corrosion perforation were analyzed from two aspects:material factors and envi-ronment factors, including the materials defects, corrosivity of transmission medium, fluid erosion,construction quality and so on.On this basis,three aspects of prevention and con-trol measures were proposed, including the "section-filling corrosion inhibitor" anti-cor-rosion mode, use of non-metallic pipelines, and periodic detection mode.Non-metallic pipeline should focus on type selection and construction quality.
